Description
Mace Powder is a light-orange powder is derived by grinding whole mace. Whole mace is the outer casing of nutmeg, and is also known as Mace Blades or Javantry. Its powdered form is easier to use while cooking as the nut is difficult to grind – thus, it is roasted before being ground into a powder.
