Do I need to create an account to use Grocery Ichiba?

 

You do not need an account to browse the products or build your shopping cart. But an account is required to place an order.

How are the online orders fulfilled?

You can choose the products displayed in our website and have it “Delivered” to your address of choice.

 

Can I choose Delivery time?

 

Absolutely! You choose Delivery Time of your preference before placing an order.

 

 

Is there any minimum to place an order?

 

No minimum to place an order, you can just order a loaf of bread if you like but you will be charged delivery fee of ¥1,000.

 

Is there any minimum order for Free Delivery?

 

Yes, there is a minimum order criterion for Free Delivery. The minimum order is ¥10,000 for free delivery.

 

How much is the Delivery Fee if my order doesn’t meet minimum?

For orders below the minimum for Free Delivery, the applicable fee is displayed during the Checkout before placing an order (¥1,000).

 

What if an item I ordered is not available?

It happens in rare situations! Our store representative will contact you to get a replacement input. You can always ask us to remove the item that is unavailable.

If removed items cause my total to go below minimum, will I be charged a Delivery Fee?

 

No. If you are not charged a Delivery Fee at the Checkout, you won’t be charged a Delivery Fee later.

 

What is your return policy?

Starting 2021/4/1 we will not be accepting any returns on items in following 3 categories "Pulses", "Rice & Noodles" and "Flours" unless we packed wrong product or the product was expired at the time of sale. All other claims must be made within 24 hours of Delivery time.

 

Can I make changes to the order once it is placed?

All the requests for changes must be made before the order is out for Delivery. After that, no changes can be made to the order.

 

If I ordered an item that I no longer need, do you provide a refund or exchange?

 

All the requests for “Removing an Item” must be made before the order is out for Delivery. After that, no changes can be made to the order. In case of refund, we will investigate the situation and refund is provided.
